1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the betjilil platform — including its casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and any associated mobile or web interfaces — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and betjilil ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the betjilil platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the betjilil Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement and form part of the complete legal framework governing your use of the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

betjilil is an adult gambling platform. Access to and use of the platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

Age Verification

betjilil requires all registered players to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before any withdrawal is processed and in certain cases before deposits above specified thresholds are permitted. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant authority. Supporting address verification documents may also be requested. Accounts that cannot be verified to meet the 18+ age requirement will be suspended immediately and any funds held in the account will be subject to review in accordance with applicable procedures.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money casino games, sports betting, and bonus offers on betjilil, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or via different payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Accuracy of Registration Information

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. betjilil will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify betjilil support immediately at support@betjilil.

Account Currency

All betjilil player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All deposits, game balances, bonus amounts, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in ৳ BDT. betjilil does not charge currency conversion fees on ৳ BDT accounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

betjilil supports a range of local and international payment methods designed to make depositing and withdrawing ৳ BDT as convenient as possible for players across Bangladesh. Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance in real time under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be credited, depending on interbank processing times.
• betjilil does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• betjilil reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its reasonable discretion, including where fraud or money laundering indicators are present.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification process. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds are typically processed within 24 hours for fully verified accounts during standard business hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• betjilil does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your mobile money provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the requirements are fully satisfied.

5. Bonus Terms

• Registering more than one player account, whether under the same identity or a different identity.

• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same player.
• Player-requested self-exclusion, whether temporary or permanent.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to restrict access.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, betjilil may withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the platform reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in full, including any pending withdrawals and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (such as player-requested closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, less any outstanding wagering obligations on active bonuses.

Player-Requested Closure

Players who wish to close their betjilil account for any reason may do so by contacting the support team at support@betjilil. Requests for account closure are processed within two business days. Players who wish to reopen a previously closed account should contact support, noting that accounts closed under self-exclusion may be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before reinstatement is considered.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betjilil and its affiliated entities, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the betjilil platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from game outcomes, sports betting results, or jackpot non-triggering events.
• Losses resulting from internet service disruptions, device failures, or browser incompatibilities beyond the platform's control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, banks).
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or force majeure events.

betjilil makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where practicable; emergency maintenance may be carried out without advance notice.

11. Amendments to Terms

betjilil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 12. Governing Law & Disputes

Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
